Well stock the difference is pretty huge. There was a site I could send you to for stock flow numbers, but now you have to purchase a subscription to view the comparison.
The GT-40p's flow about 195cfm/140cfm out of the box. Your stock E7's a little more than 150cfm/115cfm. Good lightly ported E7's can flow 170cfm or so. Fully wigged out with bigger valves and the works done to them I believe you can get the E7's close to 215cfm intake.

Try that link. Basically a stage 1 port on the GT-40's will match everything you can possibly do to the E7's. Not even changing valve's.
