Default Porting lower intake?? Velocity vs. Flow

I am removing the intake off fo my 5.0 to fix an oil leak. At the same time I will be installing an E-303 cam. My mods are.

Ported, polished and milled E7's
Explore intake with 65mm TB
Full exhaust, Gears, slicks etc.....

The ports on the intake are way smaller than the ports on my ported E7's. Do I want to maintane the velocity that the small ports on the intake provide or port match my lower intake to my heads to promote better flow.

Thanks,

If i were you i'd much rather have the smooth transition and flow of a matched intake/head. The only concerns over velocity would be if you had to tow something while retaining low gears or going for maximum fuel economy. It sounds like your engine would benefit from the increased power band of more flow because of the gears and other mods.
I would definately port match them if i were you, just my opinion though.
