Default porting stock 2.3L intake?

i want to port my upper and lower intake on my stock 1987 2.3L EFI. how large should i go?

I think you should buy a bicycle. They're much easier to tweak out. LOL.

Your 2.3 will never flow more than 300 to 325 cfm, with that head and cam. Your intake is perfectly capable of flowing more than that. In other words, I doubt you would notice any improvement, but I know that telling you this won't change your mind, so why don't you just concentrate on smoothing the seams.

Forget about modifying the 2.3, drop in a 302 or 351 and be done with it.

Get a 302.
