Good suggestions.
I don't have anything to read codes with, but I can check the TPS. I played with it a couple of years ago and found no performance improvement so I set it back. I don't recall the correct voltage reading for it.
I may also try to find somebody with a good MAF and switch it out to see if it solves the problem.
