power windows and power door locks problems....
 

ok, today i took apart my door to figure this out

when my windows is up part of the way, i can jiggle it back and forth and in and out

i tried tightening the only bolt i could find (where the holder bolts to the vertical runner) and it didn't help...anyone??

and with my power locks, my driver side lock started working intermittently a couple of weeks ago...its like its stuck...i'll lock/unlock the doors about 15times and then it comes unstuck...i looked in there and i couldn't find anything that was rubbing around. sometimes the lock works fine, sometimes i have to *unstick* it
