Previous owner F'd up white face guage install

The previous owner screwed up the white face guage install on the '93. The voltage reads 18 all the time, I know that's wrong, it's about 13.5 - 14. The oil pressure reads at the top of the scale, I'm pretty sure it's a bone stock engine without a high flow pump. Temp seems about right, I've got a 180 stat in it and it reads halfway between the 2nd and 3rd mark. I'm hoping I can just pop the needles off and push them back on where they belong- right? Voltage is easy, But how do I know where the oil pressure guage should read? Does anyone know what the oil pressure is based on the sender readings?
Also, they are white needles on a white background. Hard to read during the day. Can I paint the needles red and still have them look OK with the lights on? What kind of paint?
And since he didn't put the clear plastic bezel back on, where's the cheapest place to get one of those?
Thanks - sorry it's so long.

Chris

I recently put on my own White Face gauge overlays, and I scraped the white paint off the back of the needles with an exacto knife, then painted them with Orange Testor's model paint. They look great in the day...but I must say they look very poor at night. Maybe because I melted the 'clear' backing with Goof-Off when I was removing the original Black faces!

Mine look awful at night too... maybe that's just how they are....

OK - got answers on the bezel and painting the needles. They should pry right off, right? How about some help figuring out where the things should point? Voltmeter is easy. I figured I can throw the temp sensor in a pan of boiling water and measure the resistance, that should be 212*, then just put a resistor of the same value to ground and set the needle to 212. Any ideas on the oil pressure guage?

I painted my needles with bright red paint. I thought it would look different, and it does. btw they really look great at night. my cluster is backlit with red and it looks awsome with the whitefaces..my .02$
