rough idle

hello,
Im a new member and I have a rough Idle problem with my 86 GT that has been driving me crazy for the past year and I hope somone here can help. The car is in very good shape I bought It from the origonal owner and It just turned 80,000 miles.
Here is a list of parts I have replaced to try and correct the problem.02 sensors,pcv valve,fuel filter,egr valve,egr sensor,tps sensor,fuel vapor storage canister,purge regulator valve,map sensor,egr vacum solenoid valve,and ect sensor.
Iv also cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the egr spacer, cleaned the air bypass valve, and cleaned the pcv valve screen.I have also done a few performance upgrades here they are.Moroso cold air, alum.pulleys, accel coil, accel cap+rotor, accel 300+ wires, accel tfi module, autolite platium plugs,180 degree thermostat, and 12 degrees of timing. Also when i bought the car It had a rough idle.
So I dont think it has anything to do with the upgrades I have done.I thought I could fix the problem because its not a extremly rough idle. But after a year of trying to fix it,it may as well be.Thanks to anyone who takes time out to read this, and I hope to be hearing from somone soon.

Any codes?

Try separating wires #5 & #6 better.

Take care,
~Chris
