Need new front tires... suggestions...

Ok I have nittos on the back that are almost brand new. I was cheap and instead of buying new tires for the front when I got the nittos I just left the old front ones on(almost bald). Over new year I went to a friends that lived out in the country kind of and had to drive over some very badly paved roads. Got home and my tire has a hole in it and is flat within 20 min.

My question now is what kind of tires should I get for the front. I want something as cheap as I can get, without being too cheap and that will last a while and is decent quality.

Also right now I think I have 225/45/16 or 225/55/16 on there, I have 245/55/16 nittos out back, should I stick with the same size up front or go with a different one? I can't rotate the front ones to the back so that doesn't matter....

I have the Summitomo's and they were pretty cheap. I have only run Falkens and Continentals in the past and I think these are actually better.

What kind of prices are those tires(never heard of the brands) and how long did they last you?

I neglected to mention that they are H rated. The Continentals were the only ones over a hundred. The Summitomos came with the wheels I ordered from Group A/Autotrend (would you believe they sent them parcel post!almost 2 mos. to get here!) but I am almost positive that they were about $90 or less.
