MM subframe connectors?
 
im geting some MM full length subs..should i get bare steel or powder coated black?? and where should i have them installed..just at a mechanics place or is it easy enough for some one like my dad to do??

dad had some put on his 96 convertible and loves em. he got the bare steal ones cause you haveta sand the powder coat off where your gona weld then he went back over it with some black paint. as far as having the work done he had one of the guys in the club he belongs to do it.

I've heard of ehaust shops doing them, but to be honest with ya, i wouldnt trust them, at least not down here, im gonna have a performance shop do mine, cuz they said they will "square my chassis, whatever that means, i guess to make sure its welded straight, they are only gonna charge me 100-120 i think, somewhere around that, for custom made ones too.

if i get the bare steel ones what kind of paint to i paint them with..and once there welded on do i just jack the car up and just go to town with the spray can or what?
