Pearsonally I would go with the pro-m 75mm mass air. I have heard some bad things about C&L (just hearsay no facts)but i have heard all good reports about pro-m.Just a suggestion

Lose the flowtech and go with the MAC.
One other thing, you can't judge what timing you can run before you even put these things on your car...you can guess at a ballpark figure, but you got to throw it all together and then tune it to how the motor likes it, not what you think it should be... ------------------ 1992 5.0 LX, V-1 S-Trim @8LBS,Edelbrock 6037 Heads,Cobra Intake,E-303,1.6 Roller Rockers,65MM Holley TB, 75 MM Pro M Mass Air, 190 LPH FP,24 lb injectors,MSD 6A and BTM,BBK equal length shorties, offroad h-pipe,Mac Flowpath Mufflers,Pro 5.0, 3.73's,Motorsport "C" springs, welded subframe connectors,Ponies w/ 225/50 Nitto NT 450's on front,255/50 BFG Drags out back,93 Cobra Spoiler Daily driver: 89 Coupe with 208K plus, BBK shorties, offroad h-pipe,2-chamber flowmasters with dumps, |
Go with MAC exhaust! It sounds wicked.
I got a C&L 76mm and have to say the quality looks top notch. I know they work differently than the Pro-M's do, but there's a lot of guys running the C&L too without any problems. Plus, if you decide to change injector size you can usually find someone wanting to swap sampling tubes and save a bunch of money. I'd switch to long tube headers as well. ------------------ Indiana Stangers Association Buy your parts here |
