Anyone Running The TDC Turbo Kit???

Well, I was looking at the TDC Stage 2 kit, and was wondering what kind of power this would make on my 88GT?

What are the boost levels on this kit?

Will I need new injectors, ignition.... or are they included in the kit?

Thanks

You will definitely need an aftermaket ignition system and I would say minimum size injectors would be 42's. The amount of boost you run is up to you, most run about 6-10 lbs on regular pump gas unless your compression is 8.5:1 or lower, then you could probably run about 10-15 lbs, all depending on the tune.

As far as how much power you can make, enough to split your block in two, easily.

You don't need twins to make good power, a single will do just fine unless your dead set on twins. I have a small single and the driver's side is kinda cramped, I can only imagine what another one on the other side would look like. Turbo lag is a term often used when talking singles, I have full boost (only 10 lbs for now) by 2300 rpm with my single.

I don't know alot about TDC, but is is very common to have to wait months to get a complete kit, that's one reason alot of people go supercharged. Trust me the wait is well worth it. Try calling Turbo Technology, they typically have the shortest wait on their kits.

Hope I could help.
