Machined an Explorer TB out today for my Stang
I just finished up my Explorer TB conversion. It wasn't too bad of a job. I had to make a new butterfly for it and mill the TPS mounting location down a bit and mill the rod that goes through the TB. Have any of you ever done this? I'm curious of other peoples' results. I'll get some pics up soon.

It is 65mm. I didn't machine the bore. You have to adapt the rod that the throttle plate bolts to from the original and machine the TPS mounting location down about .380"
