well my ? is can i just run 2 breather type caps on the valve covers instead of running a pcv valve on my motor. Does anyone do this, will it creat a mess in my engine bay(oil). The motor is carbed! I Just did the conversion to it (efi to carb) :D

You can, but why would you want to? The PCV valve costs $2, and another $3 for hose. It does wonderful things for your engine, and costs next to nothing.

But I'm not here to preach. Yes, you could install breathers, but you will probably need ones with at least a 4" rise off the valve cover.

ya i guess you'r right, i just like the look with out it in place, I like the look of the 4" filter breathers.. :)
