Fried wire update, (fixed)
 

Well turns out to be the VR, the wire had contiuity, blew the reg, 18.99$ at advance auto, beats replacing the alt.....thnx to all that helped,
I had a bad day, after all this, i was tightening my solenoid, and bam!! broke it in half, it was heat damaged i guess, oh well problems are getting cheaper, thanx again....:)
