With your mild mods, I would recommend no more than an E303, or leave it stock and not change it at all. Running the F303 with your combo is slowing you down. You may not want to spend the $$$ to replace it w/ a milder one......maybe you'd rather build into it (unless $$$'s an issue.)

I have an F303 and it seems to work fine with my mods. I don't see it hurting you with the mods you have. They are comparable in a way to what I have in my EFI setup. You do have the aluminum heads though which should help out even more. I just have the stock ET7E's with some work done to them. Anyway, the F works fine for me and I gotta say I love the idle http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/biggrin.gif

For a naturally aspirated engine you'd need more compression to be ideal for the F cam. You may actually gain by going to a cam with less duration, but I think the F cam won't hurt you too much. Since you're running a c4 with 373's you've got plenty of gear to keep it up high, I think you're streetability may not be at its best but powerwise you shouldn't be hurtin that bad.
