M2 Track 1 Brodix Head vs Victor Jr

I have used both and I think the M2 Brodix Track 1 is a better head. The castings are stronger and they work very well out of the box with no additional porting. The Victor Jr is a good head but requires more work to get to the level of the M2 Track 1.

depends on the other parts and what you want . a 1/4 engine has diffrent requirements than a daily driver especially with the turbo.

Flow rates are a little bit different with the turbo you shouldnt be looking at max flow but yor mid depending on your cam and lift and duration.

I've found that depending on cam and boost levels max flow N/A get destroyed anyhow. the presurre more than makes up for the porting for a n/a application. also you want velocity on the exhaust side.

I'm looking at AFR 205 for my Race motor . solid lifters and those heads should put me past 750 hp . it dynod at 712 in present form and the dyno graph indicates the lifters were holding the upper hp down torque was huge i need to get a scanner to post for others to offer suggestions.

Go with what works..go to the track and get some opinions and see what other people are running and how they like it. I've been around enough turbo/blower/nitrous cars to know that Brodix is pretty much the #1 choice.
