Trade, Sell or Rebuild?
 

Ok here is the situation. My '82GT has "suddenly" come down with a bad case of blow by. It smokes pretty good from around the breather valves and the exhaust(mostly the divers side).
I was thinking of either trading it, selling it or plan a rebuild during the winter months.
I'm afraid since now that it needs overhauled, I wouldn't be able to get as much for it as I would normally hoped.
If I rebuild it, then I am only planning on "freshing it up".ie. new rings, bearings, gaskets or anything else that looks questionable after I rear it down.
If I trade it, then most likely I will get somethng that also need money sunk into it.
What should I do?
It smokes bad enough that I don't want to drive it anymore.

I would freshen her up, and try to get rid of the smoking. I would then sell her, and start over again. Take care, Keith.
