No sweat, I'm just waiting for a half page explanation on where the term FOX body came from... I recall reading the history of the FOX in a mag, but that's ALL that I can recall ;)

I suffer from CRS... Can't Remember.........

In the seventies, "Fox" was Ford's internal code name for its Fairmont/Lincoln-Mercury Zephyr project.

The new-for-1978 rear-wheel-drive Fox platform is the basis for all 1979-93 third-generation Mustangs. Fox-body Mustangs are based on the same underpinnings as the 1978-83 Ford Fairmont, Futura, Mercury Zephyr, and Mercury Z-7 models. Fairmont and Zephyr had replaced the Ford Maverick and Mercury Comet lines for 1978.
