Help on "old school" horsepower needed

Does anyone know what this intake is called? Just the part above the carbs. No, it's not a Rat Roaster, Birdcatcher, or Bugcatcher. Tried all of those already.

Yep, its just an air scoop, with throttle butterflies in it
