Steeda Sport springs are not harsh but the shocks/struts you choose will also have an impact on harshness.

If you were on a budget what kind of shocks would you recommend? and will that fix the rear sag look?

I had the Eibach springs in the 450-580# range on my Msutang. THey were a great street spring. Lowered the car 1.5" and never sagged.
I went with more spring to 650# linears. Bit much for the street, but better for the track.
Then I finally got what I _needed_, and that was Koni Yellows with 425# coilovers. Very harsh, but this is for my mostly roadcourse car.

My point, ALL the companies (Steeda, Saleen, FMS, Eibach, H&R...) all make about 450-580# springs. The more expensive ones have a higher quality and less sag over time. You get what you pay for. IMOHO, its either H&R or Eibach.

p.s. You should look in the Corner Carvers forrum...
