What happened??????

Ackbar00 07-24-2004 01:37 PM

Its been said that clamps and turbos dont mix. They were right.

When I put it back together, I must have forgotten a clamp in the intake pipe. I think it had been doing this since day one. The clamp finnaly broke and jammed the impeller. I pulled the peices out and it is still able to spin freely. I am hoping that it can be fixed.

So you left a clamp in the intake tract?

Well, when I put her back together, it must have been inside the pipe that has the MAF and air filter attached to it. Just not somthing you expect that would need to look for. Trust me, I am still plenty pissed!
