Ceramic Coated headers

Is there anywhere I can send my headers in...to have them coated? I am tired of painting them to only have them look white/rusty.....a few weeks/months later. Any other options? I would really like to keep these headers. They are full length...with an AOD in a 65 (custom done myself) To my knowledge...no one makes this header for this setup yet.

Yes, JetHot Coating will take your rusty/crusty looking headers strip and clean all the garb off and apply the ceramic coating.

There's a guy here locally that does it too if you don't want to go with Jet-Hot. Well, actually he's a Jet-Hot dealer, so he can fix you up either way. Let me know if you need his info.

Have you checked with anyone in your area that does powder coating? Most powder coaters can do ceramic as well.

Theres a place in Port Byron that does it. The only difference is, his dont look as good. The big shops have a big tumbler that they put the headers in to shine them up. He polishes his with a wheel and they dont look near as good. His coatings should last though.

Where is Wyoming, IL? In SE wisconsin in Burlington there is a place called Motorsports Powder Coating. They do awesome work. Thats where I had my block, intake, timing cover and some brackets powder coated. They also do ceramic coatings as well, which I've seen and its killer.

Wyoming Il is a little north of Peroia IL. Anyhow, I have a guy here that has done all of my powder coatings for me.....shock tower braces, front springs, dirt bike frame....and he does real good work. I did not realize he may be able to ceramic coat. I will call him this evening...otherwise....the Port Byron may be my other option.

I am going to need them to be done locally if possible, cause I am gonna yank them out in the spring....and will be waiting on them o I can sit the new 302 back in it. Thanks guys
