1981 mustang Engine swap

I'n looking for information on swaping my 4cyl. for a 5.0
I'm also converting it from carb to EFI.
Any info on either convertion would help. Thanks

i converted my 84 to efi but i changed the whole harness the dash and fuel tank lines ect if you need any help pm me
