I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT NEED HELP!
 

My friends 90 has a real bad sputtering problem it's worst when the motors cold but it still never goes away.We have changed the map,injectors,regulator,mass air,fuel filter and nothing helps i'm dumbfounded????

Check the ECM for codes. Drive the car with a fuel pressure guage and see what you get. One guess off the top of my head is the oxygen sensors may be at fault. You'll have to troubleshoot to be certain. What condition are the spark plugs in? How many miles on the car? Did this problem appear after a mod was installed?

Run a code test. And what mods does he have done, and when did this start?

Thats something else we have done and nothing.He also took it to a electric repair shop to see if it had any shorts and nothing.
