Time for bigger injectors?

Ok so you can see the list of mods below with the addition of a C&L mass air meter. I noticed when i pulled one of my o2s that it was white (indicating lean) and my plugs are all white and have build up from being lean. Do i need to step up to 24lb injectors or will ramping up the fuel pressure do the job?

no you don't need bigger injectors. I ran 19lb injectors for a long time running mid-high 12's in the 1/4, with GT40p heads and an explorer intake. If your plugs are indicating a lean condition there is another problem. Clogged fuel filter, bad pressure regulator, etc. Check the codes as well

Yep, you are nowhere close to exceeding the potential of the stock injectors.
