O2 Sensor Fitting
Well i got a BBK Off road H-pipe, and had to have a new o2 fitting welded on because of clearance problems. How can I plug the old fitting? I tried High Temp Red RTV, but it seamed to just melt a little and get blown out. Can't find a bolt short enough or large enough

JB weld maybe??

EASY SOLUTION: get Champion RF18YC spark plugs. The 18mm thread will fit right in there. http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/smile.gif

Damn, what kind of vehicle uses that large of a thread?

C'mon, haven't you guys ever worked on an old 300 inline-6 Ford pickup truck? Or a pre-'70 302? Almost all of them had 18mm plug threads. Those were the standard until they wanted to increase valve size and redesign combustion chambers for more efficiency.
