I just bought my first mustang..its a 94 gt..it has bbk headers on the passenger side theres a threaded tube from the header to the engine(EGR??)this keeps coming loose no matter how tight i get it..can I elimiante this or is there any tricks to keepin it tight?Thanks

If your not worried about emissions, then weld it shut and remove the smog pump crap. I did on a 95 and had no drivability probs or idle probs. Another route would be to put some thread locker on it, but good luck removing it when you need to next time.

i think the red is the high temp stuff, if it comes loose again, try find it.

yea deff use the red when it comes off again...also if u get rid of all the bullshit and theres a egr elimanator that i got and it seems to work pretty good no check engine light

Where can I find the eleminator? What is all involved in deleting it? Will it prevent me from passing echeck? If so can I just put it back on whaen I need to test the car?Sorry Im a newbie just tryin to learn what i can..Thanks
