1.6 vs. 1.7 rocker ratio
 
Aside from the obvious change in lift, what about duration? Does it change at .05? Does the advertised duration change as well as the seat timing? Any camshaft techies please feel free to respond.

I agree with that.

It's a rocker ratio, meaning you are multiplying the gross cam lift. 0 lift multiplied on the 1.6's is 0 lift. 0 multiplied by 1.7 is still 0 lift.
