New car (to me) need advice

Hello all. I am new to the Mustang community as in the past I have had an 11 second Chevelle and a low 12 second Z28. I bout a 1995 GT today and love it. Here's the question:
The car has pulleys, Flowmaster catback, 65mm throttle body (though it means nothing in performance, its got 95 Cobra R's with 275's out back). I don't know what gears are in it-factory or otherwise. If the gears are 3.73's, what rpm would i be tached at when going 60mph. If it was a 28" tire like those on my Chevy's, I would be able to guess at it.
I plan on getting equal length header, X-pipe with cats, maybe an off-road instead.
I need to gett his car into the 13's (for now anyway). From your experiences, what path should I take without a blower or a bottle?
Thank you all very much.

The surest way would be with heads/cam/intake and exhaust. With traction and the support peices you could get 12's with that.

If not, just exhaust, some good gears, sticky tires, pulleys, and a MAF w/ an intake should get you there, if you drive the **** outta it.
