Guys I failed emissions horribly in Colorado. The co limit was 20 mine 73 hcx limit is 3 and mine was 6.3. I set back my timing and turned down my fuel pressure what else to make it pass. Please help if you can

How old are your cats? Those could be gone. Also high HC can be caused by a malfunctioning EGR valve.

Actually my pipe cats are brand new and so are all of my other parts. I redid almost everything

put your stock 19lb injectors and air flow meter on the car and test again!?!

pull an injector! you not only have one less cylinder making nasty stuff, but it pumps air. before you go, drive around for 5-10 mind to get your cats good and hot, and then drive straight in, you don't want to wait in line.

High HC and CO at idle are due to an extremely rich air/fuel mixture, and the usual starting point is to check for a leaking injector or excessive fuel pressure. When the HC and CO remain high at 2500 rpms, you start to inspect the intake path for obstructions, like a clogged air filter. Did they only give you a two gas test? Most machines these days do 4 gasses, and have them all posted. I could tell you a little more if you could post the measurements of all 4 (HC, CO, CO2, O2). BTW, if you have been running your engine this way for very long, your new cats are going to need to be replaced. An exhaust rich enough to post numbers like yours will clog up a set of cats in a matter of months, maybe sooner.

Take care

Well i have only had the new motor running for about 1000 miles it is a brand new engine.

30# injectors are more than you need. A top fuel dragster could almost pass emissions with a good set of cats, so I really don't understand why yours failed like it did. Check your paperwork and see if there are any CO2 and O2 numbers and post them.
