A code 67 indicates that during engine cranking or KOEO self-test, signal voltage was greater than specification at the A/C input to the ECM or at the Neutral Drive Switch input to the ECM. Possible causes for this fault are:
A/C circuit shorted to power
Neutral clutch/drive circuits open
Neutral clutch switch open
Faulty ECM
Starter relay disconnected during the KOEO test

Take care

If your car runs okay, the only thing to really worry about is accidently knocking your tranny into neutral while driving with the cruise control on. Without this switch working, you cruise will just run the engine RPMs to the limit.

If you recently did work on your tranny, I'd just check to make sure you plugged it in and also check to make sure it was tied off away from the exhaust. I failed to do the latter and my plug melted on the exhaust.

You need to make sure that wire isn't shorted to power, or hasn't been twisted together with a live wire somewhere. That would cause a code 67.
