I finally got my Flowmaster Cat Back...More questions
 

I was checking to see how the tail pipes fit into the mufflers and they are not as tight is I would like. So the only question is how tight should the clamps be? Is it possible to over tighten and create a leak.

I will probably get some better clamps because the ones in the box look like toys.

Removed air silencer
Motorcraft 8mm wires
Autolite platinum plugs
BBK O/R h-pipe

Pick up some muffler/tailpipe sealer. It's kind of a gray slop. Tighten the clamps down until you can't make the pipes move, and till there aren't any exhuast leaks.

The problem isn't creating leaks, it's making the system impossible to ever take back apart in my opinion.
