Converting a 351 to Fuel injection

K here the question. Lets say i wanted a 68 fastback. However i wanted a diffrent engine and im leaning toward the 351. Could i build my 351 as carbuarated and then just cahgne the intake and fuel injectors in later? or is there more to it? Do they sell wiring harnesses for this? Can I jsut get a 351 EFI intake and slap it on? Im sure someone has done this so please tell me every small detail. Thanks.
