The problem was not the Alarm--(part 2)
OK...I'm not sure who remembers the last post about my buddy's 88.
The problem is that when you turn the headlights on it triggers the fuel pump, and if the car is running and you hit the lights the whole cluster dies.
I thought it was something to do with the cheesy alarm, but I took the alarm out (there were wires run but nothing was connected!!!!)
Any other ideas?? I hate busting out the books and tracing wires, but it looks like I have no choice.
Any clues?
