I have done all of the above and it can be a headache if you have never tackled anything like it. You can do it however if your patient and use good instructions. I think you could probably buy a service manual for your car. It has a pretty detailed tear down and rebuild of and entire car. With a little common sense and by reading everything carefully you should have no problems. I am assuming that the motor is in the car. It will be a little harder doing it this way but it can be done. Be sure and read the instructions closely and follow the torque specs and you should be fine.
