Default Proper pushrod length?

I was using stock pushrods with about a 6.25 in. length. I was using them with aluminum rocker arms, OEM lifters, and guideplates. Needless to say, the guideplates ate the pushrods up. I need to buy new pushrods, but the only ones I find in the stock length are non-hardened. I'm gonna buy hardened chromemoly, and I found a set for use with, basically, what I'm running, but the length was 6.375. Will those be ok?

Where are you looking you can't find them? I picked up a set of hardened pushrods that were ground for guide plates from Mustangs Unlimited. They are 6.272" in lenght.

Summit Racing also has a complete set ranging from like 6.000" all the way to 9" or something. They're TrickFlow hardened pushrods.

I just couldn't find them in a specific brand. I think I was looking at either Crane or Comp Cams.
