Red face Pics of my engine bay if u want to see

Well I have been working on filling all the little holes in the engine compartmant this winter. I also changed over to a carb and did some paint work. Here is the progress so far.

I hope to get it going in a couple of weeks. I still have to make a fan shroud for my electric fan, and find a cool (no pun intended) place to mount the oil cooler. Not to mention the whole day it will take me to get the trans in by my self.
If the carb setup works as good as I hope it does I will be at the track early this season to lay down some times.

I'll be happy if it will go mid 11's on the motor and still be driveable. It did a 12.1 @116 on street tires when it was EFI, and later I found out that the computer was fried.

It's a mismatched combo I have so I have to be realistic. If I had some good compression and a good custum cam I would be looking for mid 10's

Nah I haven't made it up there yet this year.

We have had a few days up there where we've had numerous guys from MW show up. We should organize another track rental up there soon.

college boy(me) can't afford to do it, any volunteers?
