Happy B-day to you.

Nope, don't need to take the radiator out. just have to remove the fan from the water pump pulley. They are very easy to install. The crankshaft will be the hardest, for that you'll need to yank the fan shroud, but you should be able to get it with the radiator in, if not, no biggie, the rad comes out in like 2 min.

One side note, make sure your cooling system is working well, and you have a good alternator. Pullies have been associated with poor performance in both of those areas.
