Stang Crazy,

If you buy a three pulley set, you'll also need an impact wrench to the change the alternator pulley. Sometimes I've done it without the air tool, but most of the time the alternator nut is stuck on there like it should be.

On your 91, you will need to unbolt the fan but you don't have to remove it from the car. Instead, carefully rest the fan inside the fan shroud so you can get access to the water pump pulley and crank pulley.

There's no compelling need to remove the radiator to install the pulleys. If you want to change the radiator at the same time, well that's a different story.

I also recommend using loctite blue (#242 i think) on all the pulley bolts.

Its a straightforward job that takes about an hour.
