im assuming since you are saying pulley's then you got the set of three, alternator, water pump & crank
the alternator pulley can be kinda tricky, you have to either grip the pulley really well and wrench the center nut off, or grip the pulley and get an impact to get it off, the easiest way is with an impact
the waterpump pulley is on with 4 bolts, its inbetween the fan clutch and waterpump, the 4 bolts are 3/8 or 5/16 i believe, this one is pretty easy to do, besides cutting your arms on the fan shroud

the crank pulley isn't hard either, its on with 4 bolts as well, my set came with new bolts for it
a couple notes: dont forget to put loc-tite on all bolts, also leave the serpentine belt until you get everything loose, this way the pulleys wont spin as much on you as your loosening them
