What do you mean by 3G alternator? Is it a higher amp rating? I checked my pulleys and for sure they're a performance piece rather than the Power and Amp series. Dammit! Now I either need a new set of pulleys or a better alternator, or both. Maybe just returning the pulleys for the Power and Amp set would help? I can't even get the alternator to charge the battery. I went for 1 ride last night and the battery was dead by the time I got to the gas station...and it's a new battery.
