Default Push Rod length

Anyone know what size of push rod need for my car? Just bought TF track heat heads, I know I have to measure them, but I haven`t got the tool to check the size I need. Just wanted to know if anyone would know what size I would need. Thanks for your time!!!

http://www.trickflow.com/product/prfeature_index.htm

They state ADD .500 to pushrod length. I just ordered 6.750 for my TFS TW heads, and measure out correctly.

These are TFS TW heads(stage-II ported), TFS stage1 cam, TFS intake, and 1.6rr's.

I just bought the track heat heads too and am in the same boat. However, I have the trick flow 1.7 roller rockers. Do they even make a difference regarding pushrod lenght?
