Default pushrod length? which one??

i mesured for correct pushrod length and came up with this..

7.650 the contact area was right in the middle of the valve stem..but it was a little bit bigger contact area

7.7 the contact area was a bit to the exhaust side but the contact area was smaller

the engine is a 410W with victor jr heads and custom cam with 1.6 RR arms...

what length do would be best for me to go with? also..these sizes seem small...BUT on comp cams site they list a pushrod for a 351W with retro fit hyd. roller as 7.7...

any info and opinions and or input would be great...
