|  question for any 79-85 stangers I just replaced the factory wiring harness in my '82GT. I have everything figured out except for the wires for the alternator. There is an orange wire with a stripe and heavier black wire with stripe. Are these wires for the alternator? I know the field wire is orange colored and not sure if the power wire to the alt.would be that black wire or not. Can anyone tell me the color code of the alternator wires. There are 3 of them...correct?
