I love my Nitto 555R drag radials. Mine are 245-50-16's. In my heavy vert' I cut 1.91 60's. The Nitto's unlike the BFG's are a dual compound tire, meaning they are a bit harder than the BFG during normal driving, but after a good long burnout they get hot and sticky. This is how they last longer, plus they have more tread depth to begin with. As for wet roads- they are the best tire I ever owned, but if the water has any amount of depth to it, they hydroplane evrywhere, but that is expected.
