2.3L turbo 4 swap?

Hey everyone, new here..I'm also the proud owner of a new mustang Mustangs have been big in my family and now I finally have the chance to own one. Anyway, I have a 1993 LX convertible. It's got a 2.3L 4 cylinder, stock. I want to increase low level horsepower...i want it to be faster on the takeoff rather than the slow slug it is now. Some passing power on the highway wouldn't be so bad either. I'm not interested in winning races, i just want something with more spunk. I know that not much can be done to modify the 4 banger for increased horsepower, but what if I swap the engine with an old 2.3L turbo 4? Would that give me what I'm looking for and then some? I'm not interested in dropping a v-8, i don't have the time or the money. And if, lo and behold, the turbo 4 is my answer, what are the chances of finding on intact in a local junkyard? Can I order one elsewhere?
