Post quick question!

What is the compression on a stock 351 w? or where could i find this information?

It all depends on what year the engine is from? Late 60's and early 70's are the best years for higher compression engines.
What year 351 do you have?

I have a 88 and a 95, both out of pickups, iam trying to decide which one to put some goodies on. Thanks For the reply

use the 95 351, then you can use hydraulic roller cams like the motorsport E-303

If you are going to add goodies, then you may as well get some nice flat top pistons and get some earlier heads with smaller chambers if you are looking for compression.
I would guess you have about 9:1 with either engine you have stock. You can still make plenty of power with even that much compression. When you start reaching 10:1 and higher compression you start needing octane boosters to run on pump gasoline.
