Default Quick questions on Explorer Intake install.

O.k. guys...before you tell me, I've already done the search on it. I have plenty of info on the install, but I have a few questions. I know I can redo the vacuum lines thanks to all the pictures and explanations you guys put out and I've already tapped the #5 runner. What I'm trying to decide on is about tapping the lower for the coolant lines. I know some will say to do it and some will say not to worry about it and just plug the coolant line. My few questions are this.

1. If I decide to plug the coolant line, how and what do I use to plug it?

2. a. If I decide to tap the runner, what size drill/tap do I use?
b. after the hole is tapped, how do I install the nipple(?) to
connect the hose to?

I know you guys can help, and I really want to put in the intake/65 mm tb this Friday/Saturday. I just got my 3.73's installed, and I think I will drop in my 1.7 roller rockers when I do the intake as well.

Thanks,
FT

One of the coolant lines comes off your the heater core lines just slide a rubber nipple over it and put a hose clamp on it.

I switched to a ported explorer lower lower intake and this time I didnt even tapp the #5 runner I re-routed the act sensor to the air intake tube. Then I took off my heater lines and cut the metal nipple off and welded over it.

Easy money,

Thanks...that does seem like the simplest option.
