OUTPLAYN, you do what you want, but removing the belt entirely actually slowed me down over running a shorter belt, the EEC computer needs to see a constant voltage to run correctly, by making the car run on only the battery, albeit for 12-14 seconds, DOES seem to affect how the car runs, especially at high RPM's when it's asking everything from that ELECTRICALLY OPERATED fuel pump, etc.....

True that gtsr, the fuel pump will need all the juice possible to feed a motor at wot, im determined to hit 12's with stock heads too, i'll let you know when i do, im ordering a FPR, and 1.7 rr's, then some longtubes eventually.....

Hey Coupe, I also had a 155 pump and AFPR too, forgot that, It always ran best at 40 psi. I think if you went to 26X8.5 slicks, that alone would knock off three tenths, my 60ft. on that 12.82 pass was a 1.70 and i think the 8th mile was 8.20 or so.
