Post pushrod lenght, tfs high ports

need a pushrod lenght,or pt# for 5/16" pushrods for a e4 84 non roller a-4 block running a hydralic flat tappet camshaft,
w/ adjustable 1.7 rockers, non -milled iron tfs high port heads
